Letter Dated 31 Mar 1926 from the American Historical Society, Rm. 14-Estee Bldg, 48 brick Church Plaza, East Orange, New York.

The letter states: Historic and genealogical records pertaining to the John George SCHAUBLE family of the Village of Wurmlingen, Kingdom of Wurttemberg, Germany. The family Patronymic of it is of ancient Teutonic origin. One of the oldest laymen famlies of Wurmlingen, located in the Bailiwick of the Black Forests, ( 'Kreis Schwartzwald' ) in the late Kingdom of Wurttemberg, Germany. One cornerstone of the walls of the old Schauble family home bears the inscription cut deeply in stone, '908 A.D.' and is preserved to this day. (1926).
